Contact Center Representative

You love talking to people and proactively solving issues. Your responsibility is to convert customers into passionate evangelists. Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of inbound calls, greet customers, understand their needs, and direct them to the appropriate resources. Make calls to customers for follow-up, promotions, or to gather information. - Utilize call routing systems to direct calls to the correct department or individual based on the customer's needs. - Handle customer complaints, aim to resolve them efficiently and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction. - Meticulously record all customer interactions, including details of the conversation, resolutions, and any follow-up actions, often using CRM systems. - Ensure that customer data is accurate and up-to-date in the company's systems. - Strive to create positive and engaging interactions with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Build rapport with customers, making them feel valued and understood. - Work towards specific key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. - Recognize when issues need to be escalated to a supervisor or other specialized team for resolution.
