Job Description

We are looking for a Contact Center professional with over 12 years of experience, inclusive of 5+ years of relevant expertise in Genesys global platforms. Requirements: Proven track record with over 5+ years in the platform ownership role preferably on Genesys Contact Centre Platform with extensive knowledge on the architecture capabilities of the platform. Intense understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum and Kanban. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to decision-making. Experience working with distributed teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results amidst ambiguity and change.
