Consumer & Shop Insights Senior Manager

Role Overview: As a member of the Global Insights Services Hub at PepsiCo, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the Beverage business by developing and maintaining reports using diverse data sources. Your responsibilities will include delivering both periodic and ad-hoc performance reviews, conducting growth driver analyses, and contributing to strategic decision-making by refining reporting outputs for clarity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Execute against the team charter for Reporting & Analytics for the IB team, focusing on Global insights. - Generate KPI reports at multi-market, portfolio, and brand levels using various data sources and reporting tools. - Monitor performance across key channels, customers, competitors, and emerging players, delivering reports at defined intervals. - Analyze business performance trends, identify key drivers, and opportunities for optimization through data-backed insights. - Provide detailed responses to ad-hoc requests, including in-depth analysis supported by relevant tables, charts, and narratives. - Deliver insightful business performance explanations that go beyond raw data by considering contextual factors for a holistic view. - Collaborate with stakeholders to digitalize business analytics for IB multi-market dashboards in SMART, ensuring alignment with GBG needs. Qualifications: - Possess world-class stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. - Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance efficiencies and improve process & deliverables. - Have a depth and breadth of experience in custom and syndicated research/analytics. - Strong understanding of internal & external data sources relevant to reporting and analysis functions. - Exhibit strong analytical thinking skills with a proven ability to connect data and insights from various sources to deliver clear outlook scenarios and implications for the business.,
