Job Description

As a market research professional with 2-3 years of experience, you will be joining our team in Gurugram for consumer insights practice. We are particularly interested in candidates with a Master's degree in Economics, Psychology, or Statistics from reputed educational institutions like Indira Gandhi Institute of Developmental Research, Ashoka University, Madras School of Economics, Delhi School of Economics, or Narsee Monjee Institutes. Your role will involve leading and executing qualitative and/or quantitative market research ventures for businesses. You will be expected to provide business solutions based on research evidence and your team's marketing experience, while leveraging the strengths of the team to achieve the best results. Working alongside experienced professionals from companies like Unilever, HUL, and GSK, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in consumer research. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hunt for consumer white spaces to drive new business development for Indian and international brands - Develop consumer research proposals supported by past evidence to offer unique insights beyond client expectations - Create qualitative discussion guides and quantitative questionnaires that uncover unvoiced elements of consumer behavior - Analyze qualitative data using a narrative approach and quantitative data with pattern-seeking techniques and machine learning algorithms - Prepare reports with summaries, actionable insights, and recommendations for brand and business growth **Qualifications:** - 2-3 years of experience in either custom quantitative research or strategic qualitative research - For quantitative research: Strong background in research design, questionnaire development, data analysis, and report writing - For qualitative research: Empathy towards consumer behaviors and emotions, ability to craft discussion guides, and write insightful reports - Master's degree in Economics, Psychology, or Statistics from prestigious institutions with excellent academic performance (85%+) Please note that we may require a 3-month paid internship before confirming your final job offer to ensure the best long-term fit for both you and the company.,
