You should have 1-3 years of market research experience or be a recent Economics or Statistics Master's Degree graduate from highly acclaimed educational institutions like Indira Gandhi Institute of Developmental Research, Ashoka University, Madras School of Economics, Delhi School of Economics, or Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. We are looking for individuals who excel in listening and telling great stories, can create engaging Canva decks and video edits, possess strong statistical skills including SPSS proficiency, and have experience in utilizing "Sawtooth" questionnaire scripting tools and Excel. As a part of our team, you will lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative market research projects for various businesses. You will be responsible for providing business solutions based on research findings and team collaboration. We encourage diversity and individuality in our work approach, aiming to deliver high-quality results that are focused on brands and business growth. During your journey with us, you will collaborate with experienced professionals from companies like Unilever, HUL, GSK in Marketing and CMI to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. Your responsibilities will include identifying consumer white spaces for new business development, creating unique consumer research proposals, crafting discussion guides and questionnaires, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data using various techniques, and preparing reports with actionable insights and recommendations for brands and businesses. To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Economics or Statistics with outstanding academic achievements. We also require all potential candidates to undergo a 3-6 months paid internship before final job confirmation to ensure a long-term fit within our organization.
