The company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Consumer Insight/User Research professional to join their team at the India HQ in Noida. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading primary research initiatives to gain actionable insights into consumer behavior, which will in turn drive strategic business decisions. The main focus will be on understanding the needs, preferences, and behaviors of mobile consumers in India. Key Responsibilities: - Leading and managing primary consumer research studies, such as surveys, focus groups, interviews, and ethnographic studies. - Conducting one-on-one consumer interviews, field visits, and consumer immersion sessions to acquire in-depth insights. - Designing, implementing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. - Gathering relevant data from consumers using various research techniques to ensure reliability, validity, and actionability. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their information needs and provide valuable consumer insights to guide their strategies. - Analyzing and interpreting consumer data to provide reports and presentations with actionable insights. - Conducting secondary research to complement primary findings, including analysis of industry reports, market trends, and competitor insights. - Monitoring the consumer and market landscape to identify trends, shifts, and emerging opportunities for the company. - Working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to communicate consumer insights and help them incorporate these findings into their decision-making processes. - Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports and presentations that convey complex insights clearly and effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders. - Ideal candidates should have more than 5 years of experience and good team handling experience. Requirements: Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in consumer research, particularly in primary research (qualitative and quantitative). - Experience working with a research agency or consultancy is highly preferred. - Proven track record in managing and executing consumer insights projects, especially in the mobile or tech industry. Skills: - Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and research methodologies. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SPSS, Excel, Power BI, etc. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights in an easily understandable way. - Strong project management skills to handle multiple research projects simultaneously. Language: - Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.,
