Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one online sessions with clients.
Help clients understand and manage their concerns in a calm, structured manner.
Maintain clear session notes and follow-up plans.
Use approachable language to connect with clients of different age groups and backgrounds.
Participate in team discussions and continuous learning initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

Empathetic and patient listener
who genuinely wants to help people feel better.
Strong communication skills
able to explain thoughts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
Emotionally balanced and calm
under pressure, especially while handling sensitive topics.
Professional and ethical
in maintaining privacy and client trust.
Comfortable with technology
able to conduct sessions through video or chat platforms.
Flexible and adaptable
can connect with people from different age groups and backgrounds.
Motivated to grow
– open to feedback, learning, and improving continuously.
Prior experience with
online counselling platforms
or private consultations is preferred but not mandatory.

Location:

This is a hybrid job position for candidates in Pune.

For other cities, it is a fully remote position.
