Job Summary:

Consulting Practice Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end

  FLEXCUBE implementation and upgrade projects

  .
• Build and manage a high-performing FLEXCUBE consulting team.
• Define and execute strategic roadmap for the FLEXCUBE practice.
• Drive

  solution architecture, delivery governance,

  and

  customer satisfaction

  .
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support

  RFPs, proposals, and client demos

  .
• Ensure project timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with Oracle and key stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide consultants on domain knowledge, project delivery, and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in

  Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking System (UBS)

  .
• Proven experience managing

  large-scale banking transformation programs

  using FLEXCUBE.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of

  FLEXCUBE Core, OBPM, FCUBS, Extensibility Framework

  , and integrations.
• Strong understanding of

  retail, corporate, and digital banking domains

  .
• Experience in managing multi-location teams and global clients.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Exposure to

  Agile/Waterfall project delivery methodologies

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Oracle FLEXCUBE certification(s) preferred.
• Experience with

  cloud-native deployments or migration to OCI/AWS

  is a plus.
• Experience working with

  APIs, Microservices

  , or

  integration with third-party fintech

  solutions.
