Consulting Partner- L&A Insurance

Role Overview: You have a career opportunity with the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical at Wipro, based in India. Your role will involve leading the India Consulting Hub of Wipro's L&A Insurance practice. You will collaborate with regional Consulting Leads for Insurance to develop and expand the business, as well as nurture the talent pool for L&A Insurance within the India Consulting Hub. Your responsibilities will include growing the portfolio of services, supporting client conversations, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving business growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Define a business growth strategy in coordination with Regional Insurance Consulting Leads and Account teams globally - Focus on growing the consulting business contribution through strategic sales and higher billing rates - Grow revenues from the Indian Consulting Hub and improve margins - Support in identifying, shaping, and defining services and solutions for process areas within Life, Pensions, and Annuities - Act as a deputy to key stakeholders on strategic engagements - Define and support competency-building strategies for the L&A Insurance team - Create a strong market positioning for Wipro to enhance mindshare among key stakeholders Qualification Required: - Proven track record in consulting sales and operational management - Experience in working on transformative technology themes across Insurance - Relevant experience as an SME in a consulting or BFSI organization - Expertise in consultative selling and creating client business cases Additional Company Details: Wipro is a modern digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
