Consulting Delivery Enablement

Role Overview: You will play a critical execution and coordination role as a Consulting Delivery Enablement lead within the India Consulting Group at Beghou. Reporting directly to the India Consulting Head, you will be responsible for ensuring momentum, follow-through, and high-impact execution across various organizational priorities. This role requires strong project management capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support the India Consulting Head in driving key organizational priorities related to growth, talent, training, and engagement - Coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Talent Acquisition, Training, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment - Track, maintain visibility, and follow-through on multi-stream initiatives such as global transfers, onboarding, job rotations, and cross-pollination programs - Partner with Talent Acquisition and vendors to track hiring velocity and support alternate staffing models - Drive upskilling initiatives, internal job rotations, and talent mobility across teams and practice areas - Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of leadership visits and team events - Collaborate with HR to build and sustain high-quality engagement programming for the consulting team Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in project/program management, business operations, or strategy execution roles, preferably in consulting, HR operations, or fast-paced corporate environments - Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects and tracking multiple workstreams simultaneously - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with senior leadership - High attention to detail with the ability to drive clarity, remove ambiguity, and deliver with urgency - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative independently - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus - Comfort working in a hybrid environment with cross-location teams (India + US) - Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Additional Company Details (if present): Beghou Consulting is a highly collaborative, values-driven team where technical excellence, analytical rigor, and personal growth converge.
