Consulting Architect, APAC Services

As an Architect at Red Hat Services in Mumbai covering Asia Pacific, your role will involve designing and implementing modern platform architectures using technologies like Red Hat OpenShift, container orchestration, and automation at scale. You will collaborate with customer teams to deliver modern platforms and cloud-native applications, leveraging containers, APIs, microservices, and DevSecOps patterns. Additionally, you will remain hands-on with development, present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders, and contribute to the development of consulting offerings and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement modern platform architectures with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift, container orchestration, and automation - Manage Day-2 operations of Kubernetes container platforms and collaborate with infrastructure teams on platform deployment and observability - Lead the discovery, architecture, and delivery of modern platforms and cloud-native applications - Collaborate with customer teams to co-create AI-ready platforms and enable future use cases - Support technical presales efforts, workshops, and proofs of concept - Create reusable reference architectures, best practices, and delivery models - Mentor others in applying reference architectures and best practices Qualifications Required: - Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Red Hat OpenShift or equivalent platforms - In-depth expertise in managing multiple Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud environments - Hands-on coding experience in languages like Java, Python, and Go - Practical understanding of microservices, API design, and DevOps practices - Experience with infrastructure as code, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines - Ability to advise customers on platform and application modernization - Excellent communication and facilitation skills with technical and business audiences About Red Hat: Red Hat is the world's leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, delivering high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
