Consultants - Assurance & ESG services

The ESG & Assurance Consultant position at VitalSource Knowledge Associates P. Ltd. is a full-time hybrid role based in Trivandrum with work-from-home flexibility. As the Assurance and ESG Consultant, you will be responsible for various key tasks including accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance. You will also be involved in sustainability research, training services, assessing and managing ESG risks, developing ESG strategies, and preparing ESG reports. Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, conducting ESG reviews, due diligence, data analysis, supporting automation, and stakeholder engagement will be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree would be a plus, along with experience in the consulting industry. Proficiency in developing ESG strategies, preparing detailed reports, data analysis, and interpretation are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and relationship management skills are required. Experience in compliance with relevant ESG standards and frameworks such as BRSR, IFRS S1 and S2, TCFD, GRI, SASB, CDSP, and assurance services will be advantageous. Additionally, hands-on experience with Financial Reporting and audit is preferred. The ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment is also important for this role.,
