Role & responsibilities

Cost & Run Optimization / Sourcing Advisory

• Support IT/BPS transformation and cost-optimization programs through assessments, future-state operating model design, business case development, and execution roadmaps.
  
• Lead sourcing activities including RFP development, provider evaluations, commercial negotiations, SOW creation, and client management across pre-BAFO and BAFO stages.
  
• Assist with provider site visits and collaborate with GCC advisory partners to support client operations.
  

Benchmarking & Fairness Opinion

• Conduct IT/BPO portfolio benchmarking and health checks to identify improvement opportunities across retained and outsourced operations, spend, and provider portfolios.
  
• Maintain and continuously update benchmarking databases (pricing, performance, delivery, T&Cs).
  

Client Engagement Delivery

• Support enterprise engagements by developing business cases, identifying optimization opportunities, shaping RFP content, analyzing provider proposals, defining negotiation targets, and participating in negotiations.
  
• Analyze provider capabilities, pricing, and delivery models; compare against benchmarks.
  
• Perform data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting across active engagements.
  
• Contribute to thought leadership (whitepapers, blogs) and build strong client-facing credibility.
  

Practice Development

• Package advisory insights and content for internal/external publishing and marketing.
  
• Support practice-building initiatives including database management, product development, sales/marketing support, and research.
  
• Contribute to the development and growth of new/existing advisory products.
  

Education & Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Understanding of IT/BPO outsourcing, shared services, and digital transformation trends.
  
• Preferred: Experience in outsourcing transactions, pricing, or benchmarking.
