Consultant- (VS-Bangalore)

As a Senior Consultant Educational in the Research department, you will work closely with the founders and the CXO team to develop thought leadership and deliver superior insights across various industries such as technology, ITeS, telecom, semiconductor, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, and automotive. Your role will involve leading project teams to provide data-driven and analysis-rich insights to customers. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth primary and secondary research, applying analysis techniques, and deriving meaningful insights for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Gain a holistic view of the consulting project - Manage teams during customer engagement - Conduct focused quality research to provide well-framed solutions - Create a competitive advantage through consumer and market understanding - Direct outside agencies and internal resources in research program design and implementation - Support primary consumer research to identify actionable insights - Manage consumer data and tracking services, perform routine and extraordinary analysis, and ensure appropriate reporting - Communicate key facts, trends, and implications through reports and presentations - Own small consulting engagements as an individual contributor or team lead - Assist in business development activities by preparing project proposals - Collaborate with team members to ensure superior deliverables - Work with product and engineering teams to automate work streams Qualification Required: - B-Tech from a top-tier university + MBA/PGDM preferred - 4-8 years of work experience - Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills - Strong research, analytical, and numerical skills - Ability to develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Self-driven with a high level of motivation and energy,
