Urologist – Job Description

Position: Urologist
Department: Urology
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat diseases of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
Perform urological surgeries such as TURP, PCNL, URS, cystoscopy, and stone removal.
Manage OPD, IPD, and emergency urology cases.
Interpret diagnostic tests (ultrasound, CT, MRI, lab reports).
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to hospital protocols.
Guide junior doctors, nurses, and technicians in urology care.
Participate in clinical audits, CME, and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBBS + MS/DNB (General Surgery) + MCh/DNB (Urology).
Valid medical council registration.
Strong surgical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
Ability to handle emergencies and work in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
