Job Description

Role & responsibilities: -

Supporting senior leadership and middle management of tax and advisory functions in the region.
Understanding
Transfer Pricing case laws
, working on
case rulings,
data assessments,
litigation matters
.
Analysis and
preparation of business proposals
and engagement proposals and present recommendations based on multiples sources
Reviewing advisory reports, articles on legal / technical matters, legal submissions, etc.
Carrying out comprehensive Transfer Pricing advisory engagements &
Tax reviews
for the clients
Ensuring quality of delivery from the team through compliance and advisory documents. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Planning out resources based on project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile: -

Education:
Qualified
CA Minimum 1 years of experience
of working in India transfer pricing in client facing role
Good communication skills
(Verbal & Written)
Client facing
experience is must
Good knowledge of the processes of tax and accounting
advisory practices
Project co-ordination with proper analysis of Income Tax laws and
Global transfer pricing guidelines
Ability to research taxation topics and communicate or compose written analysis effectively
