Consultant - TAX - TMT - TAX - Indirect Tax - Core -

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Consultant in Indirect Taxation, located in Hyderabad. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide expert advice on indirect taxation matters, including GST and Customs. Assist clients in navigating complex tax laws and regulations. Conduct legal due diligence and support mergers and acquisitions. Draft and vet transaction documents such as share purchase agreements and joint ventures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service. Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and regulations to provide informed guidance. ### Job Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA. Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory. Prior experience in tax and regulatory support for global mobility is desirable. Possess strong knowledge of commercial and corporate laws, labor laws, and statutory approvals. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
