Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in tax and regulatory support, with a strong background in indirect taxation. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide expert advice on indirect taxation matters, including GST and Customs. Draft and vet commercial agreements such as vendor contacts, employment agreements, lease deeds, warrant agreements, and assignment agreements. Conduct legal due diligence and handle various sections of a due diligence exercise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients. Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting indirect taxation. Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. ### Job Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA. Chartered Accountant with prior experience in tax and regulatory support. Strong knowledge of indirect taxation laws and regulations, including GST and Customs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
