Consultant - TAX - TMT - TAX - Indirect Tax - Core -

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in tax and regulatory support, with a strong background in indirect taxation. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide expert advice on legal and compliance issues related to corporate and commercial laws. Draft and vet complex agreements such as vendor contracts, employment agreements, and lease deeds. Conduct thorough legal due diligence and handle various sections of a due diligence exercise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Stay updated with key technical and functional skills, industry trends, and developments in law. Offer guidance on GST and Customs regulations, as well as the erstwhile Indirect taxation. ### Job Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA. Chartered Accountant with prior experience in tax and regulatory support. Strong knowledge of indirect taxation, including GST and Customs regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple client departments. Practical approach to solving complex problems and delivering insightful solutions.
