Consultant - Supply Chain Automation & Analytics

As a Supply Chain Analytics Consultant, you will work closely with the client's team to implement automation and analytics-driven projects for a pharmaceutical generic manufacturer. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with client stakeholders and users to understand and define business requirements for projects focusing on supply chain planning and logistics. - Developing solutions and creating detailed business requirement documents. - Leading solution workshops to ensure alignment of the project and engage stakeholders effectively. - Drafting project charters and working collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Monitoring project timelines, performance metrics, and ensuring timely reporting. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/BTech). - MBA is desirable but not mandatory. Additionally, experience working in the pharmaceutical sector is essential for this role. A proven track record in delivering projects related to supply chain analytics and automation, expertise in automation tools and AI technologies, strong business analytics skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills are also required.
