Consultant-SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics

As a candidate for the position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You must have a minimum of 4 years of SAP development experience, with a focus of at least 4+ years in S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and 2+ years in SAP BW/HANA environment. Your expertise should include proficiency in Core Data Services (CDS) Views, ABAP for CDS, Annotations such as @UI, @Analytics, @OData.publish, Fiori Elements, and Smart Business. Additionally, you should be familiar with SAP Query Browser, Custom Analytical Queries, data sources like ACDOCA and MATDOC, and standard CDS views (I_* interfaces). A good understanding of S/4HANA table structures, virtual data model (VDM), SAP Fiori Launchpad, and role-based access is required. Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments is a plus. Your key responsibilities as an internal candidate will include: - Understanding the SAP BW/HANA environment, transformation logic, ETL, and data loading. - Designing and developing Core Data Services (CDS) views (basic, composite, consumption) with annotations for analytics and UI. - Building Analytical Queries using Query Browser and Custom Analytical Queries app in S/4HANA. - Developing KPI Tiles, Smart Business Apps, and Overview Pages using Fiori Elements. - Translating business requirements into technical design documents (FDDs, TDDs). - Collaborating with functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Sales, etc.) to gather reporting needs. - Optimizing performance of analytical models using best practices in S/4HANA. - Ensuring secure access to analytical reports via authorization objects and CDS roles. - Conducting unit testing and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). - Providing knowledge transfer and training to end users and support teams.
