Job Description

We are looking forward to hire SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Professionals in the following areas :

Responsibilities:

Project Implementation:
Blueprint Planning:
Contributing to the creation of a detailed blueprint for the SAP PM solution, outlining the specific configuration and processes for the rollout.

Requirements Gathering:
Facilitating workshops and interviews with business users to understand their needs and map them to SAP PM functionalities.

System Configuration:
Configuring the SAP PM module to meet the defined business requirements, including master data, maintenance plans, work orders, and notifications.

Testing:
Developing and executing test plans to ensure the system is working correctly and meets the defined requirements. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Data Migration:
Assisting with the migration of data from legacy systems to the new SAP PM system.

Go-Live Support:
Providing support during the go-live phase, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth transition.

Post-Implementation Support:
Providing ongoing support to users after the go-live, including resolving issues, answering questions, and providing training.
Collaboration:
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Working with other SAP consultants (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO) and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of SAP PM with other modules.

Communication:
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with project managers, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Training and Documentation:
End-User Training:
Conducting training sessions for end-users to familiarize them with the new SAP PM system and its functionalities.

Documentation:
Creating and maintaining documentation related to the system configuration, processes, and user guides.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Issue Resolution:
Investigating and resolving issues related to the SAP PM system, working with technical teams as needed.

Proactive Problem Solving:
Identifying potential problems and proactively proposing solutions to prevent issues from arising.

Skills and Qualifications:

SAP PM Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of the SAP PM module, including its configuration, functionalities, and integration points with other modules.
Business Process Knowledge:

Strong understanding of business processes related to plant maintenance, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and work order management.
Implementation Experience:

Experience in implementing and supporting SAP PM solutions, preferably in a rollout project.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues.

In the context of a rollout project, the consultant will be responsible for:

Adapting the existing configuration:

Adjusting the SAP PM configuration to suit the specific needs of the new environment.
Training users:

Ensuring users in the new environment are properly trained on the SAP PM system.
Supporting the go-live:

Providing on-the-ground support during the go-live to ensure a smooth transition.
Providing ongoing support:

Offering continued support to users after the go-live, addressing any issues or questions.
