Job Description

As a Consultant, SAP BODS Admin at Genpact, your role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining SAP BODS environments. You will troubleshoot connection issues with external systems, whitelist systems and firewalls, and troubleshoot developers" connectivity errors. Additionally, you will perform periodic backups of Repositories, maintain job servers for minimal downtime, and establish user accesses and profiles. It is essential to implement best practices on both Production and Non-Production systems and perform regular system maintenance tasks such as software upgrades, patches, and system monitoring. Monitoring system performance, implementing security measures, collaborating with developers and end-users on data integration projects, and providing training and support to end-users are also part of your responsibilities. Staying up to date with the latest SAP BODS developments and best practices is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain SAP BODS environments - Troubleshoot connection issues with external systems - Whitelist systems and firewalls for establishing connections - Troubleshoot developers" connectivity errors - Perform periodic backup of Repositories - Maintain job servers for minimal downtime - Establish and maintain user accesses and profiles - Implement best practices on Prod and Non-Prod systems - Perform system maintenance tasks including upgrades and patches - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues - Implement security measures to protect SAP BODS environments - Collaborate with developers and end-users on data projects - Develop and maintain documentation on configurations and processes - Provide training and support to end-users Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduation: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers or any specialization, MCA in Computers Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Ability to deliver high-quality software by collaborating with a team - Outstanding analytical skills for driving complex solutions - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer-facing skills for technical briefings and issue resolution,
