  2-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS implementation, or client-facing technical roles.



• Technical Skills:

  
  
  • Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS solutions, and system integrations.
  
  
  • Familiarity with APIs, data transfer methodologies, or enterprise email systems.
  
  
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems or finance-related processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, etc.) is a plus.
  
  
  
  



• Communication Skills:

  
  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
  
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  
  
  



• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve client challenges during implementations.



• Education:

  Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Engineering.



• Team Player:

  Collaborative mindset and flexibility to work with global, cross-functional teams.

• Exposure to SaaS implementation methodologies.


• Basic understanding of business process automation or workflow tools.


• Certifications in Workday, Oracle NetSuite, or SAP are a plus.


• Ability to overlap work hours with Pacific Time (US) for 4+ hours daily.
