Job Title: Performance Tester

Experience: 3–6 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester to assess and ensure the speed, scalability, and stability of applications under various workloads. The role involves designing performance test plans, executing load and stress tests, and analyzing results to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
  • Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
  • Monitor application performance and system metrics during test execution.
  • Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to optimize application performance.
  • Document performance issues, test plans, and reports.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad).
  • Proficiency in scripting and customizing test scenarios.
  • Good knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and database performance tuning.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD and integration of performance tests in pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
