ROLE PURPOSE

As an SAP Security Engineer at Twinings, you will support day-to-day SAP Security operations, focusing on user access management, role maintenance, audit readiness, and basic SOD analysis. You will contribute to our AI-first transformation, bringing fresh thinking to improve operational workflows and security controls

Scope: Based in India; may require occasional travel.

Reporting to: SAP Security Lead

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Execute user access provisioning and de-provisioning across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Ariba, SAC, and IAS.
• Assist with role changes and documentation using Twinings templates.
• Support audit activities with data extraction and control evidence.
• Perform basic SOD checks and escalate conflicts for resolution.
• Participate in periodic access reviews and housekeeping tasks.
• Help maintain security monitoring dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to AI-first initiatives by identifying automation opportunities.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong SAP Security experience, preferably with GRC exposure.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP, Ariba, SAC, IAS user management.
• Familiarity with role design principles and basic audit controls.
• Understanding of SOD concepts and risk awareness.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving security technologies.
• Clear communicator and collaborator.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience supporting SAP Security operations and audits.
• Exposure to SOD analysis and remediation.
• Participation in AI and automation projects is a plus.
