Job Title: Consultant - Logistics Department: IWAI (Inland Waterways Authority of India) Number of Positions: 05 Place of Posting: IWAI HQ, NOIDA, UP Job Type: Contractual (2 years, mutually extendable further) Preferred candidate profile: Educational Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Desirable: Prior experience working with government organizations/ PSUs in the relevant field will be given preference. Additional qualifications, research experience, published papers, and post-qualificationxperience in the relevant field will be given preference. Experience: Minimum of 3 year of experience in the logistics or related field. Required Age Limit: Below 35 years Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Create and implement strategies and plans to achieve the IWAI's goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new opportunities in the logistics sector for inland waterways. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct data analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Monitor and report on the development activities and performance metrics. Skills: Proficiency in logistics management and software/tools specifically related to the optimization of logistics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
