Role & responsibilities To handle all sales and rental enquiries for Gamology, ensure smooth coordination with franchise partners across regions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Gamologys fun and professional brand spirit. 1. Enquiry Handling & Sales Conversion Attend and respond promptly to all incoming enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, DMs, website, and emails). Share product details, pricing, and offers confidently with potential clients. Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed sales or rentals. Maintain enquiry trackers, follow-up logs, and daily sales reports. --- 2. Franchise Coordination Act as the central point of communication between Gamology HQ and franchise partners. Share verified leads with relevant franchises based on region or category. Assist franchisees with updates on offers, new launches, and sales materials. Ensure franchise partners follow standard brand protocols and client handling quality. --- 3. Operations & Client Coordination Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of rental and sale orders. Update clients and franchises on dispatch timelines, tracking, and installation (if required). Collect feedback, testimonials, and client reviews after every event/order. Maintain strong post-sale relations for repeat business. --- 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales/rental performance reports. Track franchise sales and share performance summaries with management. Ensure all client details, invoices, and payments are properly recorded. --- 5. Marketing & Brand Support Support social media and marketing teams with client content, photos, and testimonials. Inform clients about offers, festive campaigns, and new product launches. Represent Gamology in exhibitions, stalls, and B2B networking events when needed. --- 6. Team & Culture Be a cheerful brand ambassador who reflects Gamologys energy and commitment to fun, offline play. Coordinate smoothly with sales, logistics, and creative teams for end-to-end client satisfaction.
