Consultant IVD/ Value Creation

Role Overview: As a Consultant IVD/Value Creation at KGS, you will work closely with an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead and execute operational due diligences and performance improvement projects. You will be actively involved in building and managing relationships with international KPMG Strategy professionals and other deal advisory professionals. Your responsibilities will include structuring output for small to medium engagements, ensuring the design and quality of deliverables, and contributing to the development of junior staff. Additionally, you may support KPMG onshore teams, lead business development initiatives, and contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management for practice development. Key Responsibilities: - Work with an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead operational due diligences and performance improvement projects - Build and manage relationships with international KPMG Strategy and deal advisory professionals - Actively participate in structuring output for small to medium engagements - Ensure design and quality of deliverables - Contribute to the development of junior staff - Support KPMG onshore teams and lead business development initiatives such as bid proposal and management - Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management for practice development Qualification Required: - MBAs, CFAs, and Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution - 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate roles, strategy consulting, or similar analytical/deal experience in the relevant sector/ propositions,
