Consultant, I&O Operations

As a Procurement Specialist II, your role involves providing support and contributing to the development and communication of new processes, changes, and projects management, along with the portfolio management of new services. You will collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional partners to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying business needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope and objectives to facilitate business decisions. - Supporting the execution of the full project life cycle in alignment with internal processes and requirements. - Partnering with regional and global procurement and enablement teams to enhance process optimization. - Participating in creating solutions and suggesting process improvements using various methodologies and tools based on the business case. - Deploying and communicating new processes and changes effectively. - Managing the portfolio of new services, belt projects, efficiency improvements, and value actualization projects. - Independently resolving moderately complex issues with minimal supervision and escalating more complex issues as needed. - Performing any other duties as assigned by the organization. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Minimum of two years of relevant work experience. - Green belt certification. - Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, establish processes and structures, and possess excellent communication skills. - Proven success in working independently in a remote and global environment. - At least 3 years of experience in Procurement Operations or Project Management role.
