Description
Develop custom SPFx web parts, extensions, and applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents Integrate SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions with Microsoft 365 and external systems Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement best-in-class UI/UX Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of all developed solutions Build reusable components and libraries for future use Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides Maintain and support existing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, resolving issues and improving efficiency Conduct code reviews and follow Agile development practices Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and bring innovation into the development process Essential Skills/Experience 4-8 years of total IT experience in Microsoft technologies 4+ years of hands-on development experience with SPFx and the Power Platform Proficiency in React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript Expertise in developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, Power Automate Desktop, and Copilot Experience with REST APIs, PnP JS, and SharePoint Framework integrations Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and On-Premises architectures Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell - Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD) - Good to have Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
