Key Responsibilities: Business Process Consulting: Provide expert-level consulting on CPQ, Order-to-Cash, and Subscription Management business processes. Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of CPQ and OTC solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices. Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth workshops and interviews with clients to gather detailed business requirements related to CPQ, order management, billing, and revenue recognition. Telecom Domain Specialization: Apply extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry to tailor solutions, address industry-specific challenges, and optimize processes for telecom clients. Process Optimization: Analyze existing client processes, identify pain points, and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction within the CPQ and OTC lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery. Best Practices: Advise clients on industry best practices for CPQ, OTC, and subscription management, driving adoption of leading-edge solutions. Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to client teams post-implementation, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption. Required Qualifications: Extensive experience in CPQ and Order-to-Cash (OTC) business process consulting. Demonstrated experience in Subscription Management. Proven track record of implementing CPQ and OTC solutions for multiple industries and customers. MANDATORY SKILLS : Deep and proven expertise in the telecommunications industry is essential for this role. Strong understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including quoting, order capture, provisioning, billing, and revenue recognition. Experience with leading CPQ and ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, Zuora, etc.) is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
