Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant, Engagement Manager, Associate Partner - Executive Search, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves managing executive search mandates, collaborating with clients to understand their leadership needs, and conducting thorough market research to identify potential candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, candidate assessments, and ensuring successful placement of senior leaders across various industry sectors. The role also includes client relationship management and delivering strategic talent recommendations to foster sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills
• Proven expertise in Project Management
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in executive search or talent acquisition is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
