Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant, Engagement Manager, Associate Partner - Executive Search, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves managing executive search mandates, collaborating with clients to understand their leadership needs, and conducting thorough market research to identify potential candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, candidate assessments, and ensuring successful placement of senior leaders across various industry sectors. The role also includes client relationship management and delivering strategic talent recommendations to foster sustainable growth.
