Job Overview:

Medinetix Healthcare is seeking an experienced and passionate Endodontist to join as a Consultant Trainer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training dental professionals in advanced endodontic procedures, ensuring high standards in clinical education and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured clinical training sessions on endodontic techniques and protocols.
• Demonstrate and supervise procedures such as root canal therapy, retreatments, rotary endodontics, and apexification.
• Guide trainees through patient cases and provide practical insights.
• Develop and update training modules, presentations, and assessment materials.
• Evaluate and mentor students or junior dentists to ensure competency.
• Maintain documentation of training progress and feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in endodontics and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MDS in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical and/or academic experience post-MDS.
• Prior experience in dental training or mentoring is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in both conventional and modern endodontic techniques.
• Passionate about teaching and knowledge sharing.

Pay: ₹10,890.02 - ₹44,960.15 per month
