As an Infoscion, your day-to-day activities will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, planning configuration activities, conducting demonstrations, workshops, and preparing effort estimates tailored to customer budgetary requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction. - Develop proposal sections and provide input on solution design. - Plan configuration activities, conduct pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. - Conduct solution demonstrations, workshops, and prepare accurate effort estimates. - Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies, specifically Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics F&O. - Ability to develop value-creating strategies for clients, drive growth, and enhance business profitability. - Knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of latest technologies and industry trends. - Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and understanding of financial processes and pricing models. - Capability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology solutions. - Industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, and experience in project and team management.
