Job Description

Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Display, DV360, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.

Targeting & Placements: Implement advanced targeting strategies, manage ad placements, and refine audience segmentation to drive campaign effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.), and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements to improve campaign outcomes.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting campaign insights and improvement areas.

Requirements:

Experience:
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Display, DV360, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
Proven expertise in handling multi-platform campaigns with a focus on programmatic and display advertising.
Skills:
Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data and drive actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present reports.
Adaptability to new challenges and a proactive approach to learning
