Clean Energy Access Network (CLEAN)


This is an exciting opportunity to lead CLEAN’s data vertical under the programs team, where you will:

  • Design long-term data collection and reporting systems (3+ year outlook)
  • Engage with CLEAN’s members and relevant stakeholders to define critical sector data points
  • Analyse and report insights to inform policy advocacy with Government of India and State Governments
  • Strengthen evidence on the role of Distributed Renewable Energy (DRE) in livelihoods, health, and climate resilience


What we’re looking for:

  • 5–7 years of experience in data-driven research, monitoring & evaluation, or public policy
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills
  • Experience engaging with government/policy stakeholders
  • Background in Public Policy, Energy, Economics, or related fields (engineering desirable but not mandatory)
