Job Title: Consultant

Location Noida Work from office (with alternative Saturdays)

Key Role & Responsibility:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Customize and extend Dataverse, leveraging relationships, business rules, and workflows.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces and ensure mobile responsiveness and performance.
• Automate and streamline complex business processes using Power Automate (Flow).
• Integrate automation with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) and external APIs.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and solution architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct solution demos, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Investigate and resolve application, performance, access, and integration issues across the Power Platform.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing apps and flows.
• Oversee Power Platform environment administration, including security roles, data policies, capacity management, and compliance.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in application development, including at least 3 years with Microsoft Power Platform.

Proven expertise in:

• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Power Automate (Flow)
• Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integrations

Strong experience with:

• Power Platform connectors, custom connectors, and REST APIs
• Relational data modeling and expressions (Power Fx)
