Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthetist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' medical histories and determine appropriate anesthesia plans. Administer anesthesia (general, regional, local) and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures. Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure smooth and safe operative conditions. Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed to maintain optimal patient stability. Manage emergency situations, including airway management and resuscitation. Maintain accurate records of anesthesia administration and patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant medical regulations. Participate in post-operative care and pain management plans. Engage in continuous professional development and departmental meetings. Preferred Qualifications: MBBS with specialization (MD/DNB/DA) in Anesthesiology. Valid medical license to practice as an Anesthetist. Proven experience in handling all types of anesthesia in various surgical disciplines. Requirements: Experience in a multi-specialty hospital setting. Familiarity with modern anesthesia equipment and monitoring techniques. Training in critical care or pain management. Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
