Consultant Anaesthetist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthetist with hands-on experience in independently handling a wide range of surgeries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures and ensuring their safety throughout the perioperative period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage pain control in surgical and post-operative settings.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the surgical team for effective case management.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety guidelines.
• Manage emergency situations and respond swiftly to critical cases.
• Participate in pre-anesthesia assessments and post-operative recovery planning.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: MBBS with MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an independent Anesthetist.
• Skills:
• Ability to handle elective and emergency surgical cases independently.
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments with precision.
