Construction Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor with 2–3 years of expertise in managing and supervising construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting the project team in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor labor, subcontractors, and materials to meet deadlines.
• Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce site safety regulations and conduct regular safety checks.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for technical and operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and manpower records.
• Verify measurements for billing and assist in preparing work completion documents.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 2-3 years of proven experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining site reports and basic computer skills (MS Office).
