Construction Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, your role involves supervising site staff, subcontractors, and labourers to ensure site safety and security. You will be responsible for conducting site inspections to monitor progress and quality, as well as implementing site-specific safety plans and procedures. Your ability to interpret and understand architectural drawings and specifications will be highly valued. It is important to verify compliance with design intent and regulations while identifying potential design-related issues. Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies, monitoring and enforcing quality standards, and quantifying materials and labour requirements are also key responsibilities. Regular inspections to identify defects or deficiencies and maintaining compliance with safety standards are essential tasks. Qualifications: - Previous construction supervision experience is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in any science stream is advantageous. - Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials is required. - Proficiency in architectural drawing interpretations, measurement, and quantification. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to efficiently manage time and workload.
