Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities for our upcoming residential building project. The candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising residential construction, managing labor teams, monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety standards at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure the project progresses as per approved plans and schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, labour, vendors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
• Ensure compliance with architectural drawings, structural designs, and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship, quality of materials, and finishing standards.
• Maintain daily site reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements at the site.
• Verify measurements and assist in contractor billing/checking work progress.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in supervising residential/commercial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing work, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Hands-on experience in labour management and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety practices and statutory compliances.
