Construction Manager

Overall control of Technical activities office & Site. · Overall control of ongoing projects and upcoming projects Planning, Technical liaisoning, Work done , Quality, Safety , QS , Purchase ,House keeping ,Update old files,etc. · Responsible to manage the timely completion of the project with quality & within the sanctioned estimate. He will guide site staff in quality, progress and project completion within the estimate. He will visit each site at least once in a week; prepare a report based on the site progress with respect to approved schedule of completion, to the MD/ED. Any discrepancy in technical specification and suggestion for improvement of the site will be clearly mentioned in the report.
