Construction Manager - Large Capital Program Management

Role Overview: You will be joining Outsized, a high-growth disruptor in the talent economy, to support a Capital Program Management project for a global consulting firm. Your role will involve reviewing project schedules, facilitating workshops, implementing digital solutions, coordinating stakeholders, and establishing governance frameworks. This is a contractual position with an initial duration of 9 to 12 months, based in Mumbai/Delhi with travel to Kolkata as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Review and enhance project schedules for accuracy - Facilitate planning and scheduling workshops - Assist in implementing digital solutions for large-scale projects - Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders like the Project Team, Project Management Consultant, and Design Team - Maintain daily coordination with PMC and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution - Establish a governance framework, conduct reviews, monitor key metrics, and prepare reports Qualifications Required: - 5 to 10 years of experience in managing large capex projects in Plant Construction (steel/power/metals/mining sectors) - Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera is mandatory - Experience working in engineering/construction/steel firms or as a project management consultant for construction projects - A post-graduation degree from a top-tier university is mandatory Additional Details: Outsized is dedicated to upskilling talent, providing access to an exclusive Community for networking and collaboration with peers and experts.
