Job Description

The job involves overseeing RCC, Finishes, and MEP work in the designated area, including communication, coordination, and collaboration with various departments and external agencies such as Architects, Structural designers, MEP consultants, and landscaping consultants. You will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Your responsibilities will include reviewing projects thoroughly to schedule deliverables and estimate costs, supervising on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations, and coordinating construction workers and subcontractors. You will also be involved in selecting tools, materials, and equipment, tracking inventory, and ensuring contractual conditions are met. Monitoring and reviewing daily work progress, preparing internal and external reports on job status, and presenting them to management will be part of your role. The position requires candidates with a B.E. in Civil Engineering and specific experience in Commercial IT Park projects with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.
