Role Overview:

Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction activities from ground-breaking to commissioning for F&B processing plants, bottling units, cold storage, warehouses, or packaging facilities.
  
• Act as the key PMC representative at the project site, ensuring full compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: architectural, civil, MEP, HVAC, utility, automation, and process equipment vendors.
  
• Monitor day-to-day site operations to ensure timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
  
• Review and verify contractor billings, material reconciliation, and resource planning.
  
• Implement and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols specific to the food & beverages sector.
  
• Prepare and present project progress reports, dashboards, and risk mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
  
• Handle construction documentation, including drawings, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists.
  
• Liaise with statutory authorities for inspections, clearances, and approvals as needed
