Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and up to safety standards. Daily tasks include managing budgets, supervising construction staff, enforcing safety protocols, and controlling project timelines.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Construction, and Project Control experience
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in the real estate ,residential,commercial snd industrial project .Experience in Post Tension and Flat slab design.
