Construction Engineering/Management | Director

**Job Description** Your role at Delta Consulting Group will involve assisting clients and their legal counsel on complex construction matters by analyzing baseline and schedule updates, identifying critical path delays, assessing construction costs, conducting field inspections, and developing client deliverables. You must have over 15 years of experience managing a team of consultants and be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. The location for this role is flexible. **Key Responsibilities** - Act as Lead Project Manager, overseeing project scope, direction, planning, analysis, and completion in the construction industry. - Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of all program/technical support activities on assigned projects. - Manage client relationships, communicate results, and work product effectively. - Engage in business development by managing and expanding client relationships, creating leadership papers, journal articles, and presentations. **Qualifications Required** - 15+ years of experience providing detailed reports on complex construction/engineering projects. - BS degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (graduate degree is a plus). - Analytical research and forensic engineering/cost analysis skills, along with strong construction industry experience, including delay, scheduling, cost, claims, and loss analysis. - Expert witness testimony experience is preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues. - Possess a team-oriented mindset and thrive in collaborative environments. - PE license and other certifications are desirable. - Proven track record of business development with established clients.
